What is your cancellation policy?
Our Reiki training programmes are easy to access, simple to use, and the whole fee collection, cancellation and refund is conducted through the education platform. The education platform provide information about cancellation and refund procedures.
How can I obtain my Traditional Usui Certificates and are there additional fees?
Students complete each level of Reiki training. After each level students can email Deborah, founder and instructor, directly and request their Traditional Usui Certificate. Students will need to provide a copy of their educational platform certificate as we check our records. Â
There is a small administrative fee of £15 for each Traditional Reiki Certificate requested, payable in advance and upon payment the document, which is a pdf file, is emailed directly within 24 hours.
A paypal invoice will be provided for the fee to be paid.
Do you have international programs?
Because our training programmes are provided through our online platforms international students can engage in learning Reiki, qualify and gain professional insurance to practice. Students will need to look at that their country and locale for regulations that may differ to the UK and EU, for which our insurance partners can provide professional practitioner insurance for.
